Aluminium Windows

Need to set up some maintenance on our aluminium windows in our multi storey blocks.
I have looked on google and technical sites but dont seem to be able to identify a good technical description and specification for this kind of maintenance specific to alu windows.
Can anyone give me a link to a good site or reference sorce to get that information?

basically, keep the weep holes cleared out on the sill. There isn't a lot of other maint. that can be done.
