Advice On Putting In A Steel Knock Down Door

Have a commercial job that I need to install a steel knock down. Steel door with steel jam. Is there any difference installing them from a residential door? Any hints, shortcuts would be greatly appreciated. Never would have thought that doing commercial work (permit wise) would be such a pain.
