Advice Needed!Remodeling Boilerplate Template - Process Map

Looking for Boilerplate template/process map to organize jobs. I have found references by Remodeling Magazine for an excel spreadsheet that is easy to use and can be personalized to individual company needs.

I am also looking for a good source of standard operating procedures mainly for remodeling. I am considering the Turn-Key business system. Has anyone had any experience with this system. We, as a company, have the ability to write out our operating procedures, and we have many books and cd's with forms and checklists. It is just a matter of finding the TIME ;-) to compile it all.

We currently use quickbooks so something that could add on to quickbooks would be great.

My main concerns are:
Scheduling
Tracking time and materials
Customer Service
Implementing production guidelines and standard operating procedures

Any reviews or advice for an easy to integrate, well thought out system that will track my employees time, job costs, scheduling, accountability, tasks, etc..

Thank you in advance.
