Re: 15 Days Till Vacation.

I had my first Carib last April sitting on a beach in St. Maarten! It was great. Don't think I'm going to be able to make it down there this year though.

Oh stop it. You have to take a vacation each year.

What does that word mean..like, you got work somewhere else but it's far away, ...but you're spending, not earning?

Re: 15 Days Till Vacation.

I'll take one just not to the Caribbean this year. I like to go to N.Y.C. once a year so i will probably do that this spring. I have a cousin that lives on Long Island and it's always a great time. Love to spend days walking around the city looking at architecture. I would love to go to St. Maarten again, sit on the beach till supper then hit the bars up till they close at 3 and then there was one club that was open from 1 am to 9 am and then start all over! But don't think the funds will allow for that. I loved sitting at sunset beach bar and watching the planes land and take off! Have fun!

My favorite thing to do in NYC is take the Circle Line around the city. I look forward to it like a little kid fer Chrissakes. It's the first thing I always do when I get there. Corny and touristy as it is, nothing beats it for me!

I think I read on the news tonight that one of the Circle Line boats was part of the rescue armada in that plane ditching in the Hudson.

Re: 15 Days Till Vacation.

I know I saw a Water Taxi in some of the videos. I do not know about The Circle Line boats!

I have not been on that thing since the mid 1970's.

Here is an Article.

It is a Nice Leisurely Cruise in the Summer, but in the Winter I imagine it is quite Helllacious!
