Quickbooks and tracking time in Outlook

I've run across some references that it is possible, just can't find info on how to do it yet. I've enabled time tracking and NOT using online timesheets.

I would like to determine if it's possible to import time worked on a job for an employee who uses Outlook and link it to the customer's account or invoice.
