(potentially stupid) Quickbooks printing question

I have roughly 180 invoices that need to be printed.

The little "to be printed" box is not, I repeat, NOT checked on any of these past invoices.

Is there a way to have them all selected at the same time, to be printed-

or am I going to have to open each and every single one of these past invoices individually and check the to be printed box?

Use the print batch option. Click on the arrow next to print and go down to print batch.

Tried. Failed.

It will only apply to whatever current invoices are checked for printing.

I'm using Premiere 2007, if that makes a difference.

thanks for trying, and thanks in advance to others willing to help.

And to top it all off, my mouse batteries are dead, and i'm on a laptop.

The invoices I'm trying to print are past invoices.

Shortucts

I tried myself to find a way in QB now, but I did not. What I would do is use the keyboard shortcuts, and hopefully the invoices you want to print are all consecutive.
By pressing [Alt + D] You can change the print status on an invoices, then pressing [Alt + N] will move to the next invoice. I know this is not the solution you were looking for, but it is a relatively quick way to change the status without using your mouse, and you should be able to work though all 180 in about 15 - 20 min, once you get the hang of it.

4 minutes. Started with the lowest numbered invoice, held down the alt key, and just kept hitting d-n-d-n-d-n.....

Now it's going to take my printer three days to spit this load out...

I'm naming my next kid RayContracting.

I cna't thank you enough!
