Question New General Contractor

Hello,

I am just starting out in the contracting business and need the help of some computer software to keep me from pulling my hair out.

Needs Include:
- Keeping up with bills paid.
- Storing estimates from various sub trades
- Cost Projection
- Notes

I was looking at Quickbooks premier for contractors 2007 or Quickbooks Pro 2009... Which one would you recommend? What other programs do people use to make their lives easier when it comes to Property Development?
