Seriously though, you mentioned a few posts back that one of the first conversations you had with potential customers was regarding WC (and bond?).

If it isn't too much trouble, can you post your basic pitch regarding these topics. Specifically how you communicate why it is important to the HO?

I found myself trying to explain this same subject to a customer, but I had nothing prepared and it was completely off the cuff, and, as a result, less convincing.
