I didn't do this, but this is a picture of my dad building our house about 1962 in the panhandle of Florida. He was born in Escanaba, Michigan in 1909.

Nice work! What do you use to hold the railings together?

some bits I can post. a home rebuilt in and out ( in the process, but close) , a handbuilt triple gang window to replace a 60's plate glass picture window; and a rough in of one of four 36" medallions hand carved ( along with soon to be 70-80 other carvings ) for a civic auditorium restoration project... as soon as funding comes through.

wow, good eyes, guys... forgot about the furthur on the truck. Thanks for the kind words on the work. The Bungalow is in an historic district, and every pipe let go one winter, washing out the posts in the basement so that the house sagged over 4" in the middle. jacked it up, added the dormers, built the windows siding, ext and int trim, handbuilt cabs the whole deal.

here are a few more- a 100 yr old desk we rebuilt, re-carved, blended stain etc, a mantle I built based on some historic pics, though in a new home, and an historic storefront we handcrafted to remove an incredibly ugly 80's re-do.

These dickens with a gold brick in hands are from OKC too. It was four of them in the hallway, few bitterly damaged. We can copy one from the left to fix other one on the right.

What are really their names tales?
