Yes weebly is very easy and very quick to set up your own site, we have started using it for some of our micro sites.

Re: Website?

Black and Decker tools are cheap and easy to use. But they just don't do the same as professional ones.

Re: Website?

I would also recommend a professional. Some sites however give you free webspace with no monthly fee. Consider building a facebook page for yourself (on the business side, not personal). for building your own site that is easy stuff but you must hire a professional as if you dont know what you are doing you will be frustrated and it will take valuable time.

Re: Website?

I definitely recommend that you do NOT use a simple basic page such as Weebly or similar.

Re: Website?

Some contractors print their business cards at home on perforated pages.
And some use a professional printer to print on linen with raised ink.

It's just a matter of how much quality you want to portray to the customer.
Some contractors are low bidders, and are just looking at volume.
Others focus on one client at a time.
