I would stay as far away from Drupal as humanly possible. It's probably the least user friendly of all the CMS out there, and a real PITA to design for. Unless you have a solid understand of XHTML, CSS, PHP, and other coding and programming languages, I would suggest looking for a different solution.

Definitely a good idea to move to a CMS though, so you're on the right track. However building a website that converts is a whole different animal. Combination of SEO and traffic, design and copy, and the goals you have layed out for your site. I've written at length about this kind of stuff here, so I humbly suggest you take a look at some of my previous posts. There is also a wealth of information from other people as well, so try out the search button.

If you have any more solid questions, I'd be happy to answer them straight away.

I would love to see dazzling after photos. Your work is not complimented by the ones you have, but I'm a Photographer so I'm visual like that. Can you reverse the news section so the latest news is on top?
