That is not correct.

If I put pictures up that are not copyrighted, anyone else can use them, they just can't take credit for them.

Using stock photos of equipment like a condensing unit, window or other item is one thing, but using a picture of a house or something else that people may think you worked on when you didn't is not a good idea IMO.

That reminds me, I am going to be in a high end neighborhood that I did a bunch of work in tomorrow, now that I have a good camera I will take some pictures of some of the houses I did.

NO. add a link for viewers to see possibilties, but label it as such until you have your own portfolio.
