Joint Venture Contract

a client of mine asked for a joint venture between my business and theirs. I supply the internet service and they supply the offline marketing, and I get paid based on the subscription.

What type of contract do I need? and how much it will cost me?

Thanks folks

Ya, and if Nathan doesn't respond right away, just keep sending him PMs. That way he'll know it's really really important.
