reliableremodler.com

alsunrunner,
Any one using reliableremodler.com I used them for a while had little success, and now I have zero success the homeowners don't even answer the phone. I called them to cancel there service with no responce from R/R they keep sending 2 leads a month and a 29.95 monthly fee. This is going on now for 3 months I'm not pushing it thinking that a good lead will come soon. I pay $35 a lead thats a small fee for a job my size. Extensions and dormers $80 to $150 thousand should I stay on or are they washed up.
THANKS
Al

I am satisfied with reliable, Its all in the numbers though, you have to spend money to get a return. We are able to get in touch with 50% of the leads, and we close about 25% of them. Of the 50% that we are not getting in touch with we are getting credited for half of those.

Patrick,
I used to get 40 to 50% of the leads with R/R but it is just a dead end. I dont mind spending money on leads I need at least 25% ROI or it's not worth it. Yes they do credit me at times but now I don't get a response from the office I call and e-mail. Do you belong to any other lead services

No, What I can tell you is, dont bother leaving your salesman a message, cause he wont return it, If you must leave a message tell him that you want to expand your services and you need him to call you right back. What I do is I keep calling over and over until they pick up the phone. We use no other services.

reliable remodler

Patrick,
I received a lead from R/R for a kitchen remodel yesterday and saw the home owner today. I'm not sure if I even going to give a price this was the most discusting house I been in I was expecting a rat to jump out while I was measuring. If I do give a price I have to add a skeev factor in and that will definetly put me over the top. What I'm trying to say here is that I finally got a lead and it is down right low the quality of the leads have been piss poor I think I will shut them down. I'm thinking of getting rid of lead generators all together and just keep service magic on at a low monthly rate. Look into other ways of druming up business you have any ideas.

Definetly have a problem with getting ahold of anybody with RR. My main bitch is that when I buy a lead, most times they don't return any info for a couple of hours or days...by that time the lead is cold.

I have to say that I've landed a couple jobs through them in the past month. You really do just have to play the numbers. 25% ROI is probably a high expectation, 10 % is more like it.

I bought about 200 leads, was able to contact about 20 customers of which close to half said they never requested an estimate. was able to meet with about 7 customers, sold 2 jobs ( low dollar jobs)
When i requested replacement leads they gave me replacement leads but they were days old ( the customers I could actually get a hold of told me)
Then, they started charging $5.00 for replacement leads.
I cancelled the service!
The one thing that really got me mad to start with was every customer I talked with stated" they were getting calls from about 20 different contractors" and asked me to talk to R.R. and take them of the list.
R.R. said they only gave the leads to 3 contractors and they were new leads, this was a lie! I am considering suing them for fraud! anybody else want to jump aboard.

The best thing that Rel. Rem. did for me was to cancel the accont quickly and without question. I called and left a message, the rep called me back same day. When told I need to cancel my account he said no problem and sent me a email confirmation. End of story.

I was on with them for 11 months, not a single sale. Very much the same story with Reno. Exp. SM was canceled a few days later w/o a problem.

At least with SM we made some decent sales over the 4 years we used them. When the stock market news hit the stands last Oct. their leads went south, so we dropped them.

No longer using any lead services and things didn't get any worse. Cash flow did improve by not paying them though.

Good Luck
Dave

RR is a scavenger company

Reliable Remodeler does not generate their own leads they buy off of larger companies like Quinstreet for $20-$25 per lead and then sell them to you for $40-$50 unless you agree to take all leads in an area and they cut you a deal for $30-$35 per lead. Drop them quickly.
