Got this email yesterday.....

My name is Justin Thomas with Reliable Remodeler I have homeowners that need work done in all phases of construction. I have no contract or enrollment fee, the first month of our service is free and it is a week to week program. I would reserve the project types you want in advance and forward the project info and customer contact as it qualifies through my customer service department. Please forward my info to the appropriate contact or just click on to the link below, fill out all the info and then you'll have a user name and password to log on with. If you need, you can give me a call at the phone # below and I'll walk you through it.

Thank you,
Justin Thomas

Here was my response..........

My guess is that you are probably already aware of Contractortalk.com.

If you are not than go to

www.contractortalk.com

then click on marketing and sales

then click on online lead services.

Then click on bad experience with reliable remodeler

Then enjoy the reading. After you read those 47 posts you can scroll down and read another 13 posts about how great your services are.

I am one of the contractors that had a bad experience

Marc, I basically tell the same thing to every lead service who contacts me. Then I never hear from them again, at least until someone new picks up their territory or account area.

Send a message via ICQ to A W Smith
The "hook up with us" or get rasp berried business model.

All I can say is. You better hook up with them fast because if you tell them not to call you any more. You will get into a hang up fest with them repeatedly calling you and saying this

http://www.awsmith.com/other/raspberryfart.mp3

And if you're not there they will leave that same "message" on your answering machine. for two days.

I have found just the opposite, I hate all lead services, but still subscribe to reliable and have had decent luck with it. The only reason I stay with this one is because I can pick and choose.

I was with RR for several months. I preferred dealing with the folks there, seemed real professional and responsive. Also preferred the look before you buy over the take everything we send you. Too bad that after nearly a year we recorded 0 sales and only a handful of appointments.

Good Luck
Dave

We tried using Reliable Remodeler when our lead flow was slow during the winter. The leads were horrible but we kept with it for awhile because they said they would give us credits for bad leads. After a few months, I stopped using them because not only were the leads awful but the customer service was horrendous! My customer service rep never returned me emails or calls the first time. And never apologized for lack of communication..
