We have in fact used them in the past. To be quite honest, out of all the online lead generating companies we have used,(Service Magic, My Free Estimates, Reliable Remodeler, Renovations Experts, etc.)-- they at one time provided a great "roi" on their leads. And to be honest, they also did a decent job on allocating credits for a junk lead.

Only thing I'd definitely reccomend is VERY CLOSELY MONITORING your intake of leads you get from them, as you would any lead company. Sometimes it gets slow with them, but next thing you know they're emailing you a boatload of leads.

I used them a couple of years ago and at first the leads were ok if my memory is correct. After the first month or so the lead quality was very poor...........same song/different dance hall.
