OK I'm Retarded

Here's the skinny. I am a service magic lead user. I also use a few others. I am wanting to start a google adwords campaign. I tried but have no clue wtf I'm doing. I did research in the archives etc. I feel like I'm reading a foreign language.I'm looking for someone I can give my account info to and set this up for me. I would be more than willing to pay them for the work OR if someone had this stuff outlined in something I could understand, that would be cool too. Merry Christmas
