I don't buy it. A company with about 1000 employees, annual sales of 120 million and supposedly these are official managers coming to places like this and post willy-nilly like 6 week rookies in the company? This is SM's offical corporate procedure? Guys who can't spell and type like a 16 year old text messaging his girl friend?



Hell, maybe I am just expecting too much? As I said, maybe this is why they regarded the way they are, if these guys are legit it says a lot for how that place runs.

I'd think with 120 million in sales you would hire somebody at around 100K who is a customer service specialist in this to work at it full time. I know there are plenty of good sized companies that employ software that sniffs out their name being posted on the internet, they follow blogs, forums, twitter, face book and others and have dedicated staff that deal with what they find. SM just has employees who volunteer with no company knowledge of what they are doing and spend their time on the weekends surfing the net?

Sparky, I may stand completely ignorant and corrected. I haven't heard of a VFD. This is something I haven't dealt with before and is intriguing. Is there really something that is not cost prohibitive that might make this thing work?
In my 12 years as a licensed electrician, I never even considered this or was ever faced with it.
When I did checking on the frequency converter, it seemed as though the only ones available were the size of a volkswagen and about the same price. I really thought you were messing with me.
Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated.

E) I am a dedicated SM customer service representative and all I do 100% of the time is resolved customer service complaints and problems.'
F) I work out of the call center in Lenexa, KS as an inside "sales consultant" with a 28K base plus commision.

Why do I need to call you?
You're the one who nobody knows who you are, the onus is on you to prove yourself.


Here are some facts that you need to understand are facts and not just rumors. These facts are what you need to operate off of and take to heart.

#1 You're not the 1st person to come here, we've all been through you before.

#2 Nobody knows exactly who you are (if you want to leave it at that-- don't be suprised when you get your ass handed to you by about 30 people here (it will come believe me- as I said, you aren't the 1st person to come here))

#3 - this is one of your biggest mistakes right here:
You are either absolutely clueless if you think this is always been about 1 or 2 people not getting treated right, or like those before you, you play the same game of pretending nothing has really happened before.

If you have any sense to you, you should know that the 1st step to diffuse a customer service issue is to AKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM not try to belittle or downplay it.

This is where I would advise you to start. Identify who you are, start off on the right foot and then you are taking the 1st steps to establish rapport with the user base here.

For starters you should introduce yourself to the entire site here at CT, as the rules suggest you do, when you registered. Not hide back on a sub-board beneath the depths.

Serioulsly in 22 posts you have not followed the rules, done ANY prior homework and/ or research, type like sheit, missing words, etc.

Do you really feel attacked?

You just showed up in the middle of an on going thread, and you expect instant results, and to be treated as an exceptionable upstanding Service Magic Representive. Get a Clue!


When your company authorizes reimbursement checks to all these contractors on here they STOLE money from, they may be more apt to talk. Until then prepare yourself, Writing a Thread!!!
