Re: No Service Magic

SM Rep, I was (trying) being funny. But seriously, I can't tell you how many SM reps have been through here. Kudos to Shawn for holding the unofficial longevity record.

I don't care to repeat yet again my list of complaints as a past and unsatisfied customer of your company. You can search out my opinion and complaints if your interested enough. Regardless of who is at the keyboard the answers are so much alike that I am convinced you guys are reading a script or at the very least repeating the official company line.

Your company needs to change its policies and actually serve your paying customers and the consumers that use your free service. Unfortunately, at least in my view, you make too much profit by farming your rollover to care about real retention rates.

Good Luck
Dave

Also, let us know your take/understanding on what SM's business model has been in the past...and how that has changed...in respect to their paying customers

Do the words, "thank you for voicing your concerns, I'll look into it, of course things aren't going to change overnight" ever roll off your tongue?

To answer your question, I canceled my account in Feb. this year after 4 or 5 years with you.

Are you saying that if I bought a bogus lead I could expect a cash refund without hassles?

Are you saying you actually qualify leads now?

Has SM ceased the practice of using contractors names to drive search engine traffic to your site?

Do you guys have side bets to see who can get the highest post count on forums?

Good Luck
Dave
