Other than the fact that they're hammering my inbox with emails?

I should read up on what they're sending, there may be something to it. Most of the lead services I've dealt with to date have been pretty sorry. A lot of money spent with no bang for the buck.

I avoid working for "paper" contractors. I did that once as a sales guy for painting and made 10% of the contract (at the end after all the problems whittled my 10% quickly), the painter took 45%, and the company (1 old bastard and thief of a man) took 45%.

You can imagine the quality work a 45% painter would do...

I hated that job and I hope Dave dies in a bad way.
