A free referral service in my are seems okay
A free referral service in my area seems to work okay, I have not yet bid on any projects, but they take customer info and pass it on to appropriate contractors free. If you are interested, you contact the customer through the website and can access plans, info etc. its called "*******" in the Seattle area.
I am also looking for other tips for advertising, wondering how to get more leads without getting ripped. We already have a great Website optimized to be the first three on each major search engine and we also pass out flyers house to house (wheeew) whard work sometimes. We also pull up permit lists from the county and send letters and flyers blindly, as well as, call other generals looking for subs. I am at a loss now, nothing is generating work. Any ideas?
