Re: Bidclerk
I just quit. I found it to be every bit as lame as the other so called lead services. I think the entire Internet lead service industry has fallen into complete disrepute.

Re: Bidclerk
I've used bidclerk for two years. I landed a log home job very early, and nothing since, didn't have the heart to cancel after that job. It all depends on what you do and what your willing to pay per lead.

Re: Bidclerk
I've been with them about 6 months now. It's mostly public works projects and light to heavy commercial work that gets posted. Occasionally there is some residential work that comes up. I've been able to get an 80k renovation job and a tile job from there service so far, but haven't seen anything else come up in a while. I figure the reno job paid for there service for at least a year. I'll keep on working with them.

Re: Bidclerk
I swore that I would never subscribe to a construction data service but due to the need to see what else is out in our market it hasn't been too bad. I've been using it for about two months. I mostly look at the project are in the design phase. Some of the information is not accurate but you have to filter throught it. The main drawback is that you are limted to state wide data. You have to filter through the various cities to get to your market city. So far picked up three solid bid opportunities and have been added as a GC to several future projects by contacting the architect and owner. All in all it's worth the investment short term.

Re: Bidclerk
My feed back - 25 contractors to one lead...and all low ball estimates.
That's how I face up with bid clerk leads. Mostly for COMMERCIAL projects tho.
