Re: Bad Experience With Www.reliableremodeler.com

My letter to Reliable Remodelor:

Please terminate my account immediately.

About 2 months ago you sent me a $65 lead for a basement remodel in North Seattle. After viewing the project with the homeowner, I asked him how he had heard of Reliable Remodelor. He never had, and asked what it was. It turns out that the only lead service he had placed his job with was the Seattle Homeowner's Club. So...how did RR get the lead? Was it sold to you by the Seattle Homeowner's Club, or by one of their contractors? The homeowner was curious why he'd gotten so many calls from contractors. In talking to other contractors and a few homeowners it seems to be common practice to sell the leads to as many contractors as possible.

The Reliable Remodelor terms and conditions defines a referral as "a party that has requested free estimates from ReliableRemodeler". In the situation outlined above the homeowner clearly did not request an estimate from RR, and yet I was charged the $65 fee. I would like you to submit a credit to my bank card in the amount of $65 and terminate our agreement immediately.

I haven't yet received a response...or a credit to my account...

Reliable remodeler phone harassment
Unreliable referral called me from their 888 number three days ago. I picked it up in time to interrupt the black guy lying about three walls he needed taken down (forgot his name at the moment) and tell him.

"listen, don't call this number again"

he hung up and proceeded to leave raspberries and farting noises on my answering machine for the next two days.

Yeap! real professional organization ya got there.

Where you off too after this? Got a clans meeding to attend? What's with the "I picked it up in time to interrupt the black guy lying about three walls he needed taken down (forgot his name at the moment) and tell him. " comment? Not sure where race plays a particular role in any of this. Is your momma your sister? Do you peel in the sun? Does your skin glow in the dark? Is slavery still legal? Are you originally from Kentucky?

Yeah all these company's are scams including servicemagic.com. Dont fall for it they will make up fake leads and charge you for it. The market is slow, so them saying thay got x amount of leads is BS!!
