Post Wording for Terms and Conditions

Hi All,
I am looking for the specific wording to be used in my invoices or work orders under 'Terms and Conditions'. I do install residential and commercial laminate, hardwood and sometimes tile floors. I got some samples from other stores, but I really want to hear our opinions and samples (in this site) better. Thanks in advance for your opinions.
