I bid it for what my time is worth.

No 2 jobs are the same, thus no 2 jobs will have the same price per sq.ft.

Anything else is business suicide. Especially if all your selling is your time and talent.

A general contractor that also holds the plumbing and electrical class endorsement on the license card and i'm a serious vct tile installer..no hack. read my previous posts..

That price get you a basic install, and I provide the glue. Floor prep is charged at $45/hr.

I usually adjust my sq.ft. pricing by the size of the job. If its a huge job them the price will come down, smaller jobs I go as high as $1.75
