What To Charge To Pull Up 325sqf Of Laminate Flooring??

Im bidding a job that consist of tearing up about 120sqf of 8x8 tile and 325sqf of Laminate flooring(not glued down) and 900sqf of carpet. Now Im doing the install of 20x20 porcelain tile where the laminate is and also Im laying the new laminate through out the rest of the house. The tile will consist of 450sqf then im laying in 900sqf of laminate. I will basically be tearing all of the house's flooring up and installing tile and laminate throughout the house. I normally charge about:

remove carpet = .50sqf
remove tile = 1.00sqf
remove laminate = ??? Im guessing about .75sqf but not sure havent ever pulled up laminate before...

I actually am a full time tile installer have been for 15 years and am a second generation tile setter, so to say. Learning from my father so I have always been around tile. I started to install laminate about 5 years ago. I dont do it all the time but have done a hand full of laminate jobs.. but like I said have never takin it up before... Thanks for all the help guys.. I have just now ran into this site and never knew it existed... Its awsome I am turning in bid tomarrow morning ... Thanks again.

Sorry for the length of this post...

Imo laminate is the easiest floor covering to remove. Hauling and disposal is another thing to think about to. For rip up, haul & disposal I typically charge 1.25-1.50/sf, depending on the situation and the job's proximity to a dump.

p.s. You want a job taking up tile?
