Vinyl Limestone Enriched Luxury Tile

I have a client that is interested in a groutable vinyl tile made by Armstrong.

http://www.floormall.com/vinyl/alter...beige-16-x-16/

I originally quoted for porcilian tile but she is worried about feeling the cold when standing on the floor. I did suggest to install floor heat but she doesn't want that.

Are there any pros or cons with this flooring?
