Wouldn't a car driving over 5 hour old concrete do more than just put a "tire line" in the surface?

I've worked in construction long enough to fully understand the question being asked.

Actually, its obviously a dialect of spanglish. Common in the region of Texas that I am from. Apparently it is also common in certain areas of California.
