Tile Saw Blades

Hey Guys. I'm new to the forum but, like many I'm looking for some information.

I have the Ridgid 10" tile saw and have read where there are lots of differing opions on it. I have not had a chance to use it yet, but the main criticism I read was that the OEM blade was junk. That being said, I would love some recommendations on a good blade. I lay mostly ceramic and porcelain floor tile and I've been using a segemented(i think) DeWalt blade that has done ok so far on my old QEP saw.
Thanks for the input.

Re: Tile Saw Blades

The OEM blade on the Ridgid IS junk. I have been happy with Raimondi T3s or MK Hotdogs.

Re: Tile Saw Blades

I haven't had any problems with my blade, although I can't say I use it to the degree that professionals do....just a job here, job there....but regardless, the blade has held up just fine....plus, 25 bucks buys you a new one.

Re: Tile Saw Blades

I don't know those other blade names, not a fan of the Hot Dog though. Had a waffle effect and wore out fast. The Dewalt blade that came with my new 10" wet saw has been very good with little chipping.
