Is it recommended to install Tile over Linoleum assuming the Linoleum glued down perfectly to a concrete subfloor?

YUP! Thought so!

It's been said a million times but can never be said enough; "Anyone and everyone that took part in the rescue and recovery of that fiasco is to be commended for eternity.
