Termite Damage/hydronic Floor Heat

1920`s era stucco 2 story, good foundation, half basement with extensive termite damage in the kitchen and d/s bath area over crawl space. Owner wants hydronic floor heat (1/2 " pex tubing in a 2" concrete slab). Have vacated the area and removed about half of the t&g yellow pine flooring. Will remove everything down to the foundation in the next few days. Here is a few pics.

I have built one other hydronic floor heat system with conventional joist/ subfloor and thats the sum total of my experience in the area. The kitchen is ~10x10 and the bath ~4x6.
I`m thinking suspended concrete slab designed with pcaSlab software is a good place to start.
Has anyone any experience in this area or advice to offer?

Re: Termite Damage/hydronic Floor Heat

I have never used pcaSlab design software and the only reason I am is because they give a fully functional 2 week trial. Anyone ever used this software or have any experience in suspended slab design of any kind ?
