Shower Remodel Price?

What is the going rate for square foot to remodel a bathroom?. An example Install 90 feet of shower wall tile 12" with 4 foot bench and 3 corner soap holders. Raise floor 1 inch and do mud pan, Install 75 square foot of 12" floor tile diagonally with 2" insters at every corner. finally install 15 square feet of 2" tiles in the shower area.

First let me apologize for my fellow contractors here, they like to razz the new guy.

Most of us have come up with our own pricing strategies to keep work flooding the phone while making a very healthy profit.

Althogh I have perfected my pricing system over a 26 year period I will step up and give you my formula.

Start your total estimate price with a 6 and add 0's until the customer hollers UNCLE then back out $100.
