Sealing Paver Decks

Not sure if this is the right place for this or not but.....I have an opportunity to seal a decent size paver deck, and though i've done it before (for myself, and helping friends) i've never bid one. Is there a sq ft. pricing for paver sealing? or is it more t&m type work?? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
