Screen Sanding & Moisture Cure Finish

Guys,

Customer of mine has regularly maintained his floor with screen sanding and moisture cure finsh twice a year. He cannot get a ahold of his contractor and asked if i could do the job.

I have refinished many floors and screen sanded, but none with the moisture cure finish.'

From what i understand, its supposed to be a highly durable finish.

Someone mentioned to me that the application is much more difficult than the tradional finishes, is this true? How different can the process be?

What are my alternatives for finishes, i need something very durable, a finish to withstand commercial traffic everyday (store)

Thanks

Moisture cure is very durable ,good for commercial .As far as difficulty to apply it depends on your experiance- syntecos mc can be rolled for me its the easiest and produces the best looking finish. justin p.s. this stuff is very nasty to breath use resperators and a tyvek suit and gloves.

A lambs wool tends to push a puddle of finish across the floor- sometimes causing the dulling agents in satin and semi satin finishes to not flow properly causing an inconsistant sheen, the weight of the lambs wool app.causing some of this. Rolling finishes that are designed to be rolled eliminate this because rollers apply the finish. hope i explained this well enough. justin
