Quickest Finishing Product

Hi -
on a remodel project I need to get a real quick turn around time after I'll put down a new pine floor. The customers live there and my question is do you guys have any suggestions for a product that will give me a "reasonable" nice finish with the shortest cure time to have regular traffic going over it.
Thanks ... any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

IMHO, speed and wood finishes have little in common.

The new Street Shoe is curing noticably faster. They say its about fully cured in less than 3 days. I routinely allow 'walk-across' that night, and light sock traffic the next day. There is no more consumer-friendly finish than water base. Combined with a quick-dry oil sealer, you have a very good-looking system that is among the most durable hard finishes available.

Waterborne is the way to go. It is more difficult to apply, but it cures quick.
