Qualifications/bids/forms
Have a quick question. I am just starting out and have been given the opportunity to bid on a condo project. The contractor is asking for a letter of qualifications. Any ideas how to set it up and look professional for my first letter? Also does anyone have bid forms they use or suggestions where I can get forms or have them made? Important information to include etc. Thanks!!

Re: Qualifications/bids/forms
I am only in my 2nd year of business and just bid on my first comercial job. What I do is i run everything in quickbooks pro and I do my estimates there. I made an estimate for the price of my bid and then I attached it to a contract that I had found on the internet. Find one that is simple and that you can understand. If you have to change some words around to make it fit. I am still learning all the laws and such. If you need to talk to the contrator you are submitting to and he should be able to show you want he wants to see.
