Pricing Questions For The New England Area.
Hello Everyone and thanks in advance for your input.
![]() My tile work is mostly under 400 sq ft, but I have to bid a larger job. The GC has sent me a few emails, no face to face meeting yet. This is what I have so far. "Sales Floor is Ceramic Tile (f) 2x2 3627 sq ft Stock Room/BathRoom (F/I) is 1466 sq ft plus base Cove (F/I)" Ceramic tile a SF (I get $5-$6 including thin set and grout.) Thin Set? Grout? Schluter Strips Prep for VCT SQ FT VCT Glue? Vinyl Cove Base LF Glue? |

Re: Pricing Questions For The New England Area.
Sounds like a nice job. How much do you charge for that?
Good Luck Dave
