Penetrating Floor Sealer For Screened In Patio In North Carolina??
I just built a new 16 x 16 screened in patio with tongue-n-groove flooring made from Southern yellow pine.
Can anyone recommend a penetarting sealer (not a stain or polyurethane) that will help in preventing water stains and dirt. I'd like to use a sealer that is clear and will not change the natural color of the floor dramatically. Many thanks DaveP |

Many years ago we used to seal Fir boat decks by reducing oil based varnish 50/50 with mineral spirits.
