Paint on concrete - Grinding or blasting?

I am trying desperately to remove mulitple coats of latex paint from slightly uneven concrete floors in order to seal it with a clear sealer (i.e. concrete must look good after). Tried a floor scraping EDCO, tried a bead blaster(too much maintenance & production rate was too slow), and the only thing that worked quickly and efficiently was a hand grinder with a diamond wheel. The problem is in production time and equipment maintenance time. I have 50,000 sq ft to do on the first job. It is also a dust free environment in halls that are 5 feet wide and sharp right angle turns - riding shot blaster can not be used...

Fix Problems

Buffer and water will take it up. I use this and it works.

Minuteman, there is an excellent stripping product made by a company named Franmar.....the product is called "Bean-a-doo". It is also enviromentally safe because it is a soy based product.
I've used it on several projects where I had to remove "mastic" off concrete !

I would go the chemical route as well. "Bean-a-doo" is a good choice.
