Pad For Radiant Floors... Is There A Green Friendly Product?
Have a customer with radiant floors (new construction) and I told him rubber is the way to go for the least amount of heat loss (low R Value). He then tells me he wants a "green product" as most of his home is being built with green friendly products. I see some of the synthetic hair pads as being enviromentally friendly but I dont think they are green. I'm wondering if there is anything out there or is the synthetic hair the closest thing I have? And if that's the case do you think he should just stick with the rubber? TIA

well, if they want the best results then a rubber is the way to go.
The karastan rubber slab pad has a prett low value. or pick a the greenest product....(not sure of any green out there) one or the other
