New Kind Of Tile Installation?

i recently saw some new product sold at lowes that has tiles on top of some sort of heavy duty particle board. the particle board has tongue and groove. the installation involves putting down some moisture resistant material that is slightly padded and then simply putting the tongue and groove slabs together. it comes with a special grout. the product looks to be of decent quality and is priced at about 3.50 a square ft. it's called EDGE Precision Tile. i have concerns about using it in a bathroom where there is moisture even though it says it's warrantied to be moisture resistant. anyone ever used this or know anything about this product? interested in getting some info before i try it out.

I have a retired friend who works part time at Lowe's and he's tired of the complaints about this stuff. To date, I have yet to hear ONE good word about it. The IDEA sounds good but the product is poorly executed.
