Need rough numbers for stripping/refinishing warehouse floor

Hey guys,

I've been asked to provide some rough numbers to strip the epoxy coating off this warehouse floor. The client/new owner then wants me to either re-apply a new coating or simply clear-coat over the concrete.

The floor is approx 15, 500 sq ft.

I've used different methods on smaller projects (chemical strippers and grinding) but how would you approach the removal on one of this size?

Would you re-apply another industrial colored coating or clear-coat a sealer over it? provided it takes a seal after stripping it.

My guys are more than capable to do either. Also, where would you guys come in on rough numbers.

I'm already doing a ton of other work on the structure, so I'm confident I'll do this portion as well. I just don't want to take a bath on it.

Thanks!
