Looking for Stamped Concrete Machine
Hello Experts!
I have planned to expand my business to the Stamped Concrete Industry. I need to buy the machines and equipments to start. Can anyone tell me which brand of machines is the best in terms of quality, durability and cost effectiveness?
Thanks
-John

That is an ashler slate pattern...and the concrete in that case looks like the color was floated in, and an antique powder release was used.....
I can only guess by "machine", you are assuming this is a mechanical process? There are rollers for this, but they didn't do what you posted...this was done with stamps, and you can rent them or buy them...do an eBay search "concrete stamps" and see what you find.

Now, if you are talking about etching, I can point you to a decent company and 'machines' to assist you in 'blasting' some layers off of the concrete to get a nice look.

I think you may need a better understanding of how these processes are done before you jump into anything.
Some concrete impressions are done with rubber mats/stamps that you can literally stomp on to impress the design. Another technique is etching or engraving and there are tools for this process but I know of no "machine" that does any of it like I think you are suggesting.
The surface formation in that picture is a "stomp job" using a rubber stamp.

Nice info there Bud Cline... Do you know where I can buy the mouldings for this? I saw a demo of the roller, but the designs are too limited though.

I only bought the 8000 dollar set but that 56k trailer is very tempting. I'd have to quit my other job and do this full time, if I wanted to buy it. I'm not quite ready to give up my full benefits though.

the engrave-a-crete equipment is, imn-s-hfo, extremely well designed, engineered, & built,,, however, anyone, again mn-s-hfo, buys their pkg sells himself short,,, we've been in the craft for over 5yrs & haven't found anything that not do-able w/std conc equip,,, what's not mentioned in the sales pitch ??? not all conc's suitable for engraving w/o extensive prior work,,, thankfully we had 35yrs exp in conc repairs.
btw, to my knowledge, there isn't any ' equipment ' that extrudes stamped conc,,, perhaps that's why its come to be knows as ' stamped ',,, ebay's usually got some stuff for sale by those who thought otherwise,,, just my $.03.
