Ahhhh, what to charge is not the real question --- the real question is will it last, and will I still be in buisness? Yes on both counts

D@mn, I have another page to get fixed... Besides that was 2006 prices - today with the same specs, materials, etc... it would be higher

Seeing you think I am charging to much, I can now answer the real question about your work --- possibly & no - not without a lot of help

So may I ask why you are psoting a question about shower walls in the flooring section?

Rory - I take it the 2,4 & 6 a sf is the tile price? (while I would love to get those rates - I will let you keep them & your Overhead)

Arimert - pretty close to what I charge & we are in the same type of market

Have you ever installed slate, marble, etc... It is more labor intensive & you should charge more.

I suggest if you want to stick around - count your blessings (this was one of the nicest threads on pricing I have seen in a while), post an intro, put your location in your profile & read some of the threads on pricing (especially the sticky in the business section)

Sqft pricing is for amateurs, on custom tile work. It will also work you into poverty.
