BICO Registered User Trade: General Contractor Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 4	installed carpet on concrete basement floor I'm looking to find a labor and material budget amount to install new carpet with pad and tack strips on a concrete basement floor. The area is pretty basic rectangular (32' x 12') with 1 offset at the end of the room (4' x 10')
