How Much Lino Guys?

I know we hate the how much questions, but I have an old customer that wants me to just give him a quote to send to his insurance to tear out and replace a linoleum floor in a bathroom. It's not a job we are going to do and I don't think he will ever have it done so I don't want to bother a sub and waste his time looking at it.

Can you put some price on this for me to give him?
It would be to tear out the existing lino and install new, I don't know if you guys would tear out the old underlayment or not? Here is a picture of the layout.

As long as the floor isnt rotted I would get a 150.00 vinyl minimum charge.

75.00 to remove and replace the toilet
And depending on the subfloor 10 bucks a sheet for 4x4 or 20 for 8x4

Add some cash to the subfloor price if it needs to be more than 1/4 inch underlayment

How old is it? Asbestos? .... Actually, is it just sheet vinyl or old Linoleum?

Yeah, I second 5 bills if your gonna tear out old underlayment and install new shoe. If its in good enough shape to emboss and go over i would do it for 275 out the door.
