how do you seam this

I just went to measure a house for carpet that was purchased at Lowe's. The carpet is a patterned Berber with what appears to be a 3/8",lb pad attached to the carpet. This is not like the run of the mill foam back carpet. I have never seen any thing like it before. Has anyone seen this carpet or knows anything about it? I guess I'll go to Lowe's tomorrow and get the mill and style. I have no idea how you could possibly seam it. The job will require both end and side seams.

Is it like a foam back like the old Kangaback? If so besure to do an inward bevel with a cusion back cutter and use lots of latex sealer

we have used this stuff back in the UK lots, a spray contact adhesive & seam sealer will do or heat seam the join as per a canvas back carpet,

just depends what type of finish you require, cross joins are never a good idea anyway
