Hmm, look at the price they want this done for.

I need somebody to install tiles in my kitchen, bathroom, and bathroom wall. The kitchen and bathroom are about 225 sq ft. The bathroom wall and kitchen wall are about 200 sq ft. I will provide all the grout, adhesive, and material. You provide all the equipment. I am paying 450 for this job. if you are interested email me and we can talk. I would like to have this done on Thursday or Friday.

$1/sq ft....not so bad. You should be able to fill up you gas tank for that!

well lets see...... I am doing the same thing now on 121 sq ft under the same conditions for $2885.00.
I think he has a misconceived pricing issue!

As an apprentice almost 30 years ago I wouldn't have done it for that price!!
back a few months ago, there were several adds just like that, that someone found and posted over at John Bridge's forum. Hopefully, for his sake, he'll smarten up before it's too late.
