Hardwood Floor Scraping Tool Source Anyone?
Anyone know where to get a floor scraping tool to handscrape a floor?
I have a client who wants the handscraped effect on about 800 ft of douglas fir. I'm looking for one with a convex blade that's about 3 to 4 inches wide. I've looked at spokeshaves, convex planers, small scrapers for detailed woodwork. Anyone know of a source? |

I think this site has them. Would love to see pictures of that job when you finish.

Check out this tool. It is a festool planer but you can get a blade to give you the handscraped look for alot less work. Look at the undulating blade and pic. http://www.festoolusa.com/ProductDet...539&tab=access
