You will need to determine what species of Patagonian hardwood... there's Rosewood, Pecan, Cherry and few others.

I always try my local hardwood flooring distributor first. They usually have the best price I can find and are there when you need them if there are any problems.

Yea the guys up here in chicago just try ripping people off. One store told me 15 bucks a square foot for brazilian cherry because I needed so much of it. I am like WTF because i thought you get a better price when you buy a ton of it at once. I will keep searchin. thanks guys.

Not that I would suggest them for everything but a customer purchased 5" Brazilian Cherry from Lumber lIquidators for about 5.95 a square ... and the product was surprisingly high quality.

There 3/4" isn't bad, but the thin stuff is kiln dried improperly, before it is milled.
